CULTS ACADEMY PROUDLY PRESENTS, an original event for the Aberdeen area, Cults Academy Health and Young People Exhibition (HYPE).

On 30th November 2019, from 11am to 4pm, pupils from Cults Academy will bring together professionals and organisations from all over the North East for our innovative exhibition. We encourage all young people (especially those with an interest in health), their parents and teachers to come along to Cults Academy for the opportunity to learn from and interact with an incredible variety of experts in a diverse range of fields. Through HYPE, we want to diversify young people’s attitudes and understanding of the healthcare industry, to inspire the next generation of groundbreaking professionals in a city famous for developments in healthcare. From school students seeking some health experience and advice before leaving school, to parents and teachers seeking information to help guide pupils through subject choice and applications, we will deliver an inspirational and engaging day for everyone.

Organised and brought to you by the pupils of Cults Academy (and the help of many fantastic local organisations, without whom we couldn’t hold the event), HYPE is an interactive experience- the first of its kind in Aberdeen. From NHS Grampian to HM Coastguard, Aberdeen and Robert Gordon Universities to Scottish Fire and Rescue, our list of cutting edge contributors continues to grow daily. In addition, for those interested in studying anything at all health related, you can seek admissions advice from university staff who will be attending. The broad range of exciting and informative talks, stalls and workshops available, including first aid training, make this new, informal and TOTALLY FREE event one not to miss. We suggest you take your own packed lunch, however we will also serve free refreshments, and we can reimburse travel costs if that’s an issue- just get in touch! Come along, get hands on with health, face to face with professionals and take a step towards your dream career.
