Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on Monday, 17 January 2022, until 17:00 on Friday, 21 January 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Contlaw Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Culter House Road to the driveway at number 16 Contlaw Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Contlaw Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with North Deeside Road to the driveway at number 16 Contlaw Road, and on either side of North Deeside Road, Milltimber, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 208 and 210 North Deeside Road to the driveway at number 267 North Deeside Road. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
