Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 62(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 respectively. There will be a prohibition of driving on St Andrew Street, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Blackfriars Street and Charlotte Street and the whole of Blackfriars Street, Aberdeen, from 07:00 until 24:00 on 25 May, 2017, except for delivery vehicles associated the RGC between 07:00 until 09:00 on this day.
