Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 until 20:00 on Sunday 2 October, 2016, and from 06:00 on Saturday 22 October, 2016, until 05:00 on Monday 24 October, 2016, and also from 19:00 on Friday 28 October until 05:00 on Monday 31 October, 2016, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on North Deeside Road, Aberdeen, between two points 50 metres either side of Rob Roy Bridge. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during bridge repair works for Aberdeen City Council.
Alternate Route : An alternative route is available via North Deeside Road, B979 Milltimber Brae, the B9077 South Deeside Road, and the A967 Slug Road.
