Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 on 14 June 2021, until 06:00 on 26 June 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on North Deeside Road, Aberdeen, between Rob Roy Bridge and the City boundary between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00, Monday to Friday. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Anguston Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with North Deeside Road and Linn Moor Road between 19:00 and 06:00 from 14th June 2021, until 17th June 2021. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
